    Bottle Washing tips and tricks

    I tend to use magner/gaymers bottles and i put them in the dishwasher and they all come out without the labels and foil.

    Hi guys I have been doing this hobby since xmas{the best xmas pressie ever] I have now invested in a corny and co2 bottle after using pressurised kegs. What i want to know is do i force carbonate my keg, if so what's the best way? and the best pressure for lager or does the c02 do it...

    I have a lager starting tonight , i will keep an eye on it, my cider was quick may be a week max, that might explain why it wasn't a success :( I will give the turbo cider a chance,does using just apple juice, will it just taste like strongbow ?:) I prefer the dry cider and not a fruity...

    I have it in my garage which has been made into a tv room I only have a electric heater that is on a timer, when i check it at tea time it's 18 deg. I have made a lager and a cider which i had no problems with 3-4 days and it was finished.

    Hi guys, i;m just a beginner to this hobby, I am trying to brew wilco forest fruits, my fermentation has taken nearly 3 weeks, does this happen a lot? my sd was 1050 and i have it at 1009 today but still bubbles appearing, do i leave it to run it's course or can you guys give me advice on it...

    Cider head rides again!!

    I am doing the same one mate, my sd was 1050 and it's still fermenting after 2 weeks, it's sitting at 1012 tonight and still there is bubbles. will i just leave it to do it's course?

    yes it was a kit, i left it barreled for 2 weeks after it said in the instructions, It seems to be watered down, so i mix it with a tin of strongbow lol as i don't want to waste alcohol :D
