Hi guys
I have been doing this hobby since xmas{the best xmas pressie ever]
I have now invested in a corny and co2 bottle after using pressurised kegs.
What i want to know is do i force carbonate my keg, if so what's the best way? and the best pressure for lager or does the c02 do it for me while i pour from the tap?

check the keg temp ( a keg fridge makes that a doddle, set n go..) then check the level of condition you want and check the carb chart to give you the pressure to set on your reg, leave a few days as is .. voila :)

only drawback is all ive found are in F temp measurement, but its only a minor niggle...

guys got my perfect pint now, had a few attempts to get it, i have it sitting at 10psi.
