    Increasing ABV question

    Hello all, I fancy trying the Guinness extra stout for my AG#2 but would like to raise the ABV from 3.8 to 5.0. Is there a calculation for increasing the grains, sugar and hops to do this? :wha: Orange

    Buffalo boilers

    I have same boiler but not used it yet but have been told it does a rolling boil without any mods. I had to enlarge the tap hole to fit a 15mm ball valve. Hope that helps. Orange

    The boss knows i've got my eye on it and it hasn't been used for a very long time. He'd know where it was and ask for it back. But if it's too small it can gather dust for a bit longer. :thumb:
