    Well I used the brew in a bag method as you may have gathered = ) I used a Belgian pale malt and Muntons light malt extract. The hops I used we're Stryian Goldings. IBU = 22.9. OG = 1.064 FG = 1.017 ABV = not sure = / The taste, I'm not so good at picking out particular tastes right now but...

    Hey guys, I was just wondering.... Would it be possible to take a nordic pot, place a false bottom in but bellow that have a heater element and thermostat with temp controller to make sure the temp is stable and then use as a mash tun? Or would this have some kind of adverse effect? Thanks...

    Hey, I'm from Leeds though I've only just started getting into brewing I popped into the morley home brew shop and he seems to have a decent amount of gear in there. Was very friendly also. It's just across the road from the park. Google it = ) KMC

    I want to batch prime 8 litres of Lager I have brewed so I can then bottle it. I have read the instructions on how but it doesn't seem to give ratios from 1 litre so I'm not 100% sure on how much sugar water I need to mix up for my batch. Thanks in advance guys. KMC

    I'll find my vernier gauge later and give them a measure. On the black ones without the metal shank it doesn't seem like you could push anything in to release the tube if needed. I'll try get some tube to match so I can give it a try. Thanks for the help = ) KMC
