    Coffee wine

    I have tried this on numerous occasions just using the cheap supermarket coffee, water, citric acid, yeast and yeast enhancer and it does make a very good wine. Perfect when there are no other wild ingredients about. Tea wine is also quite good but i find the coffee has a better flavour.

    There is always the option of going to an indian shop they have some pretty big ones there.

    i agree i wouldn't risk it and i like to try things out of curiosity and fix things until there broken but i think this is waaay to risky. If your going to do it i would get the hard hat out and sand bags ready. :lol:

    I agree if something says it is ready in a week it has to be marketed for the raging alcholics who would drink aftershave and have no concern for how it tastes. :lol:

    Why is "Turbo Cider" so called?

    For some reason the words "Turbo Cider" always brings up images of that foul white cider stuff thats not fit to be considered a drink let alone a cider. :lol:
