    just started a coopers english bitter, added 1kg of brew enhancer and 500gms of med spay malt. sound good? i think 100gms should be enough for carbination?

    can anyone help me with my first turbo cider? i have citric acid,tannin and pectolase. i just don't know how much and when to add i am using a dj will 6 ltrs fill it? thanks if you can help

    just bottled my irish stout, i am now the very proud owner of 39 little baby's they just need to hurry up and grow!!! what do you think 2-3 weeks?

    yay! i just bought a bench capper from my local home brew shop, a very good price of 28.50 quid.not sure what make it is? it just says made in italy.going to bottle on fri or sat i think.

    thanks guys. on another note do i need to crash chill the stout like i did with the lager? and how long should i leave it before i start drinking it?

    the club round the corner just dropped 20 or so 500ml bottles in for me, i am so happy i must have about 50 or more now, just need my irish stout to finish so i can bottle it all now.. :cheers:
