Mosaic and columbus, in the kettle and dry hop.

Possibly the poshest pint on the planet …. A pint of 70/ lager at Gleneagles for a birthday weekend. It was pretty remarkable- I have a suspicion it’s made mostly with golden promise.

Great, as usual. Did feel like it had more alcohol warmth than previous years, but then I don't tend to have my first until December so may have just been a bit fresh.

Very dominant on the coffee with a good chocolate note and very smooth. It’s a tap room only beer so only available from the tap room in Letterkenny. Worth a run down there cause they have a few in the fridge. And 34 is on tap

My wife went to a Christmas market today and brought me a small present. Love that girl

I started with the Pale Ale and now on the bitter. They’re not going to set the world on fire but they are good clean easy drinking beers.

Actually my second bottle of it tonight but it’s my Kolsch and it’s nice if a tad strong (6.2%) so probably for the best that I chopped the chicken for the curry beforehand.

Enjoying my latest brew. Somewhere between a Italian Pils and a golden ale maybe. Bit of a user upper..Pils and a bit of Munich. Hops are Perle and Ella hotside and a small dry hop of Talus & Athanum. Floral, spice with a bit of grapefruit easy drinker below 5 %
