Brewed a Hoppy American Amber today.

Grist of MO, Red X, Red Rye Crystal, Light Crystal and a bit of Sinamar for colour.

Bittered with Pacific Sunrise, Cascade pellets at 15 and Whirlpool, Chinook & Centennial Incognito in wp. Will dry hop with Cascade Spectrum.

Yeast is WLP041.

The aroma off the Incognito was incredible, but it's such a PITA to clean.

Sounds like a winner, colour looks great also..do love American Amber's

Me too. Last attempt was a drain poor though, so hoping for a better result here.

The colour looks great. I’m over due an American Amber brew, and a lot of US Hops moved house with me. Just need to to get the garage sorted so I can get a brew on.
