yeast or not to yeast

i have 5 gallons of elderberry in a bucket, waiting for concentrated grape juice to arrive,should be tomorrow.shall i put yeast in now or wait untill the morning when hopefully it will arrive?

Firstly have you crushed them yet. If you have then have you put any campden in the bucket? If you have then it should be OK, if you haven't then perhaps you should. If they are just the picked berries then they should be ok.

If you've used boiling water and it has cooled down now, get the yeast in!

If you've added CTs, tomorrow will be ok.
