What are people batch priming their wherry with for bottles? Got about 20L, would 80g table sugar be about right?
I've brewed Wherry a few times with great success, but now I feel I need to try a few changes. So I'm planning to add a little honey to the hot mix, then make it up to 20 litres. When bottling I will add a little demerara and see what happens. Any thoughts?
