Wine not clearing.

Slight hijack but it's along the same lines, I racked 2 demijohns of kit red wine over 2 weeks ago and it's still not clear. The spot I'm keeping it in is about 17 degrees Celsius. I'm new wine making so not sure if I'm doing something wrong or it just takes longer than it says on the instructions?

Rack it and try a lower temperature. Just a small drop in temperature can do the trick.

Ok thanks, I forgot to say I'd racked it, I'll try and find a cooler place for it.
