Hi ive just brewed my first batch of wilkos pilsner and is now sitting in a fermenting bin inside a insulated cabinet in the garage. How long should i leave it before bottling? The instructions say 4-6 days but i dont think that sounds long enough, any ideas? Thanks all, matt

I'd try and leave it for 14 days or so. If you have a hydrometer, use it to check the beer has finished working. I.e. the gravity is the same for 3 days or so.

I left the Wilko Cerbveza 19 days in the FV ( 16 days at 20c and 3 in the conservatory~5-10c). Was crystal clear when I bottled it last night.

My first batch - which started at 1070 - took 10 days @ 18 -21 degrees to stabilise at 1008. It's been conditioning since last Tuesday so I'll stick a bottle in the fridge in a couple of days & prob sample it next weekend.

I also use a hydrometer and my pilsner took 11 days to ferment out. I've bottled it and going to leave it until Christmas and see how it turned out.

That must have had a good dose of extra fermentables :D
