On Sunday I'm on for a big American Pale in the Brewdog Hardcore IPA vein - aiming at 9% and 149 IBU. Hopefully a beer that makes you go

Then I've got three WOWs to rack and test and two to bottle...

What are you lot up to?

6 nations rugby and a few :drink:

Might have a brewday next week though if this cold weather fecks off

Brewing a pale ale with Marynka hops in the morning(if I can decide on the quantity of hops, and hop schedule!) - in the vein of Single Hop Brewery "marynka"

Also, will be doing a Pendle Witch clone, if I can be arsed!

Finally brewing on Thursday using all those lovely hops you got me Calum.

It will be my Odd Job clone of St Austells Proper Job Pale Ale about 7.5% with 50 IBU's, lots of cascade chinnock and willamete, and oats as the secrete ingredient.

You do like your oats...

Pale malt oats and lots and lots of hops and some more hops for good measure. :thumb:

Overnight on Wednesday so as to get a good extraction rate and shorten the brewday.

Had the week off work so I have done two brews this week already, an Amarillo pale ale and GWs summer lightning clone. I have also bottled 10gallons of beer two free up a couple of fermentors.

This weekend I am planning to do 2 more beers maybe a stout and a bitter but I have not quite decided.

I will rack my turbo cider to secondary (I added tannin, malic acid and used harvested Old Rosie yeast) and put it somewhere cool and dark for six month.

Anymore and I think SWMBO would have some nagging to do.

I'm gonna have a crack at a chocolate vanilla stout tomorrow! Just need to go and get vanilla as I forgot this morning!!

Completed my first AG earlier, pretty tired now! Going to have a relax with a few beers and watch the rugby now.

Brewed an oatmeal stout today, always makes me happy to have some of this in stock :)

Nightmare with the yeast though. Opened a vial of WLP013 and it fizzed up - lost about 2/3 of it :( Got the rest of it in a starter, but don't hold out much hope...

No gas in the shop so ill have to wait until next weekend to brew a Bombay IPA

Waiting on a delivery of malts, but gonna try a small 10 litre batch of a strong stout with additions of chocolate and orange when they arrive.

After bottling my Coopers Dark Ale last night, I put on a Coopers Real Ale. It's a fair bit darker than I expected, I'm looking forward to a sample!
