First time using finings (Wow)

I don’t bother too but I have time and can cold crash to cold temperatures so if I want clear beer I can get it, but not anal about beer clarity though, doesn’t impact flavour or anything. Generally i try to avoid adding stuff to my beer, less is more. In the commercial environment it’s different as you have to give what people want or expect.
