In the garage, room in the house or where?

I have a small toilet where I can have two carboys at a time. Cheap to keep the temp, and seems perfect.

Garage with utility room on the back. I boil outside at the moment because I use propane.

Seems like a perfect place to brew. :)

I'd change it I I could.....but we (men) are put on Earth to modify things.

Bit of a mish-mash for me.

I cook in the kitchen, ferment between the loft and garage and store in the loft.

I've got a tiny box room, literally a metre by a metre with a metre deep shelf that extends out over the stairs at stomach height. Makes bottling easy :)

I got ruthless and got a skip and through out half the contents of the garage ! what was left was going to go into the loft, but after having loft insulated I can't store much up there. So I have to work around a few boxes. One end holds a heavy duty bench for 3 fv, two walls of shelving for beer storage, and now I'm AG brewing I pull out 2 black and decker workmates and boil and mash there. Works ok and the temps are usually 20 degrees dropping a few in winter ( central heating boiler in garage.

The back of the garage is converted into "The Gizmeister Brewery"
With ferment fridge , bottle shelves, pid controlled brewery, hop n grain store etc,

The front of the garage is the black hole of bikes and skateboards and general kids stuff that they can't be arsed to tidy up!

Needless to say the back half is immaculate ;)

I have an 8ft X 8ft timber clad purpose built brewery (some would call it a shed). I have managed to fit a shiny herms rig, freezer, tall brew fridge, sink and drainer with hot and cold running water and storage space for all my gear. Think I could do with losing some weight to fit myself in though.

Currently I brew and ferment in the kitchen, and condition in the shed. I've just ordered a new 10x8 shed which I'll get next week and will have assembled in the next couple of weeks. I'm hoping I can fit all my usual gardening gear, shelving for bottle storage plus a fermentation fridge and a conditioning fridge. If I can get enough room to brew as well it'll be a dream, but I doubt that will happen.
