This Place would be excellent for a get together, very private 500 yards from the nearest co-op & PUB, a cafe outside the gates selling good breakfasts. 2 Mins off the main north wales drag, and you can also get there by train, its 10min walk from the station.

O and to boot if the weather turned out bad it wouldn't be an issue the two camping fields are walled so no blowing of tents and they have two big barn areas that you can get your camp fires going under.

Sounds like the ideal type of venue but I doubt that many would find that particularly convenient, geographically speaking.
 
Someone, can't remember who, at the spring thing said they knew of somewhere near the previous location they felt would be suitable with facilities

I'd be interested too - could someone check how close that campsite is to the River Severn? check on the likelyhood of flooding in September?
