I have just used the WHC Banana Split yeast and I am very disappointed with it. I fermented at the top end of the range and there is very little taste at all in fact it is very muted. I wonder if it may come good in a week or so as I have only just kegged it.
I have just pitched WHC saturated and am hoping it is better than the I also have Sweet Release to try in a later brew
