What's this in my Star San??

I prepared a 5L bottle of Star San dilute as per instructions. New bottle of commercial water, mixture never used, but one week later it has white bits floating in it.

What is this?? Some reaction with minerals? Is it okay to use?

I didn't notice this in my spray bottle made using tap water.

Never experienced it myself but I've been told that if you're using Star San in water with a high pH it will cause the Star San solution to go "murky" after a short period and it's no longer suitable as a sanitiser. Just looking at the photo it would look like this is the case but I'm only guessing.

It seemed to dissolve back in after a while a shaking.
