Do you get one? Are they still a thing? I remember back in the 70s and 80s my mam would have all sorts of hampers...general groceries, meat, booze. All over priced but then people would pay weekly all year for things. One year she was the agent for one company and come Christmas week a lorry turned up at the house full of the things which were all stacked up in the kitchen. Muggins here was then sent out door knocking to tell people their hamper was ready for collection....or delivery by me!
Mam and dad are difficult to choose a present for as they always say don't get them anything! So for a bit of nostalgia I'm gonna make up a hamper of stuff I know they like so there won't be tins of hedgehog brains or curried bananas haunting the cupboards til next Christmas!

This has taken a wierd turn! I had a phone call earlier off the Nissan garage saying I'd won ....A HAMPER!
Couldn't make it up!

Clint your phone is listening to you and google is monitoring your on line messages. These are passed on to retailers. This week my slippers fell apart so the wife and I talked about where to buy a new pair. I then get a mail from Pavers.
