So far I’ve been a kit brewer in buckets and pressure fermenter (30l), and would like to look at the possibility of AG brewing. I have cornies and oxebars for serving so I suppose I’m looking at 20ltr brews.

What would be the minimum equipment needed to achieve the AG work?

You can buy the boiler/mash tun or make one your self.
You will then be able to brew any style from grain and it's a great way to start. If you progress you will still require what you have made/purchased which is important, it doesn't become obsolete.

I got 2 x 32l pots from borischarlton and the gang. Together with a converted Igloo picnic cooler and a homemade immersion chiller is a simple way to start. You will need a reliable heat source.

Great vid and explained it simply.

Looks like my next purchase now I have the Keg King Chubby 👍

Thanks. Can’t get the link to work, do you have the name so I can do some research. All new to me so not sure what the Klarstein model is, will look on MM as they have been great when I’ve used them.

I started with something similar and made really nice beer. 👍🏻

The minimum equipment you need for all grain is a pan to heat the water, a bag to hold the grain, and a fermentation vessel, and really, you could probably be able to manage without the bag though things may get messy...
