So i am a new brewer, mainly interestested in pressure barrels, and fermentation barrels, what else do i need guys, im thinking a syphon tube, decontamination tablets/powder, and just run the instructions, any help for my first batch from you guys would be awesome, strong lagers/ciders/and stout/guinness etc, i like my ale ale over 4%, would be nice to receive some solid info, but a 40 pint barel clean as a whistle with some strength would be awesome.

Welcome.
If you are brand new to home brewing I suggest you read a few books on the subject to get an overall picture of the methods and browse the " How to " section on this forum. All sorts of tips advice and instructions available.
Although home brewing is relatively easy to do there are many pitfalls to avoid to ensure you brew your beer.

+1 for Nelsons, best pint i've ever had.
Also +1 for reading the how to guides, great and full of easilly understandably information.

Great info guys, will read the how to lists and look into the +1 for nelsons.

In the past ive always used pressure barrels, fermenting bins, cleaning kits, syphon tubes and ofcourse a beer kit, i think this will be a great hobby for over the winter, imagine having 3 kegs running at once, amazing, when i last brewed about 15 years ago, my main pitfall was cleanliness. Anyway, will buy from wilkinsons the hardware, and maybe buy the strong 40 pint stuff from other outlets, thankyou guys, very much.

Just do what I did when I first started. Get some Golding hops and some malt extract from your local HBS. After you have your basic ale base, go mad, add your flavours like; coffee, honey, lemon, elderflower, damson ect. I always got a lot more satisfaction doing it this way rather than with kits. Sometimes though, kits can be good for just making that great pint effortlessly and having a bad batch early can be demotivating.

One thing that everyone will agree on here though is sanitation, always do it thoroughly and sanitize everything that will come in contact with your brew.

Personally i wouldn't muck about as mentioned above, it might work for some people but if you're just starting out it'll likely end in disaster  Your best bet would be to do a few basic kits without any tinkering so that you get a feel for it, and then go from there :thumb:
As already said have a read of the "how to" section of the forum

Also, if you want a decent cider, check out the Turbo Cider recipes.

It's perfectly drinkable in about 6-8 weeks (3 fermenting and 5 in the barrel) and with 250g of sugar per gallon will make a cider of about 7-8%.

However, if you add some malic acid and let it mature for 3-4 months, you'll end up with a really good tasty scrumpy.
