What Is Stucking? And What Is Skunking?

Forgive my ignorance peeps, just trying to learn as much as I can to help myself make better beers! I keep seeing thses terms on this forum and would like to find out what they mean... Thank you to everyone who has responded to all my questions, you have helped me a great deal :thumb:

Stucking?

When a fermentation "sticks", it means it stops before it should be finished, and the wort will need a bit of rousing to get it going again.

Skunking is a term used to describe the reaction of UV in light with hop compounds, giving the beer a smell like a skunk, or cat ****.
