Got about 50 mins left on the boil, trying the wort chiller for the first time, and pitching a Real Ale yeast from Crossmyloof.

I also added 500g sugar to the boil, to get a gravity of 1050.May taste distinctive and perhaps you won't want to drink it in great quantity at a single session, so I suggest bottles.
