Having had no beer since prior to xmas and having operations two weeks ago i allowed myself a half pint of my own Ghost ship brew this lunch time.Alas my taste buds have been mullered by various tablets,but must say it went down very well nonetheless. With any luck my taste buds will return to normal soon and i can indulge a pint or two before having to lay off again for treatment.

Stigman, beers are in the post (king kong + ?) for best results chill kong well and try it as it warms up to get a range of flavours :thumb:
for the other one best to chill well and drink before warm. you should get quite a lot of lacing on the glass... hint, hint :nod:

This is one phenomenal beer! Dubbel is definitely on my “to brew” list!

It's about 1.12 euros when on hols from albert heijn supermarket round the corner from centreparcs. I had a week of drinking dubbels, triples, etc. It wasn't planned as a beer holiday but that's what it ended up being

It’s my last day at Disneyland Paris (potentially anyway, due to these stupid air strikes - already had flight destination switched from Edinburgh to glasgow missing almost half a day in the park and meaning we have to get taxi, train and tram in order to pick up our car), and they have Grimbergen Blonde on tap!

As for beers...a sample off the keg of my JB dark ale concoction. ...slowly it's coming good! My gh Yorkshire bitter. ...this IS good! Gh cascade ale...sublime. ..I fell like necking all of this! A "summer " drink for sure!

Having a few coopers stouts after trying to have a bad cat red.....gusher!!! First from the batch. They are over carbed, but this one almost hit the ceiling swmbo is not impressed....but the kitchen smells lovely
