Left Hand Milk Stout clone. Been in the bottle about a year, just getting better and better. Also, a Burton Bitter using WLP023. I don't really like the Burton yeast character, but this is a pretty solid beer. The description on the Whitelabs site is absolutely spot on, so I can't have any complaints.

Not a beer for once!

About a month ago I used a zester to remove the zest from six oranges and dropped them into a bottle of vodka with a few tablespoonful of sugar.

Ten days later I strained the vodka into a second bottle and left it to its own devices in the garage.

Tonight I had a couple of "Orange Vodka and Tonic" drinks and was very pleased with the result. The immediate bitter tonic taste soon dissipated and left behind a lovely taste of orange zest.

I am well pleased with the result and looking forward to trying it with lemonade; but it's too "moorish" to get into it as anything other than a nightcap!

A Muntons Smuggler's Special, a Leffe Ruby & a Pelforth Blonde... (probably)...

My first ag. Double ipa, it's good. Supposed to be 5.75%. It's too easy drinking. I'll be on my back at this rate. Better get another one brewed.

Drinking an ESB with Challenger and EK Goldings. The hops go well together, though I did use a bittering hop as well

This brew has 125g of Torrified Wheat and it does keep its head quite well, better than all the others without it.

Started with a apple and raspberry turbo cider. Now on a Slovenian hoppy pale. Been in the mini keg since Feb so some of hoppiness as gone. It's a reused keg and I can help think it tastes a bit tinny. Drinkable though.

The homebrew company all grain mash kit american lager, i wouldnt say its amazing but its not bad and very drinkable. Perfect compliment to some spicy fajitas n watching the blues beat munster ;-)

Its a Diabolo tonite, about 6 months old, but Im not really enjoying it...great carb etc,...but not for me again...very cloying if you know what I mean

Hasselhops porter! Maturing nicely, a tad harsh still but very drinkable. Nice small bubbles and creamy head developing.
Malt hit fading to a long roast finish that blends wonderfully with the hops. Two months and this will be so good!

How would you filter it ? Cold crash it and then through a nylon bag ?

Some people use those inline water filters. You can get different micron elements for what you need. I've heard from some head Brewers that you want to go not too fine since they feel it reduces the body texture.
Since I'm moving to mini kegs, I've really started to consider using filters since I'll be force carbing my kegs.
To add on, (maybe wrong thread for this) any member who use these, how many times can you use the filter?
