I was 10/11 and we have snow and cold for weeks. Luckily my junior school was about quarter of a mile away. I remember opening the back door to two feet of snow built up.

I was 10 we had to dig our selfs out of the house snow was 3/4 up front and back door

I trudged through the snow piles as tall as me to get to Sunday school that Winter.
Sang a song, was given a boiled sweet for making it, trudged home again.
