I would imagine that as being almost wine like. I seem to remember that Sorachi Ace has something about it that is unique, its got a lot of one of the hop oils I think.

I haven't used it in a while, it's very unique flavour and aroma. I get the taste of Dill

Interesting. I spotted that in Waitrose earlier (posh or what ? We were trooping round every supermarket in the area to find some cranberry juice). I hesitated because it was three quid. Glad I passed.

Church Hanbrewery.
Been busy updating my inventory and planning a brew for tomorrow after a hefty delivery of malts and yeasts today, looking like a Cali Common at the moment.
