Cleaned my lines so thought I would try the saison. Really like the yeast profile from WHC Farmhouse Fibes.

This afternoon’s tipples from Buxton Brewery.

First up a cask bitter, Right to Roam, that was a cracking beer.

Next up a NEIPA Fresh Pulp again a cracker.

Then FeatherBed not a bad beer, anywhere else probably the best beer but here my least favourite.

Finally Sonrisa which was like a sour and delicious.

Then off for some grub, a pint of Farmers from Bradfield Brewery which you can’t go wrong with accompanied by a stonking Turkey & Ham pie.

The aroma alone is enough. There is a lot going on with this. Changes what I thought “beer” was when I first tasted his stuff. I’m lucky to now call him a friend and get beers to try.
How can someone drink this and then have a pint of coors in a bar ?

At a review performance at the Sinden theatre, Tenterden, (daughter dancer and singer).
The Golden Ale was my preference.
Single hop Mosaic throughout.
The bitter had Bramling Cross and Jester, but the chocolate malt in it would appear to be just not my thing.

As the Autumn nights draw in I thought - just right, a glass each of a
15 y/o Henriques & Henriques Verdelho Madeira.
Lovely medley of Seville orange Marmalade, raisins and figgyness.
A few cashews and potato crisps on the side.
