Starting with my light ale, bottled at the end of November last year, tried a few over Xmas and it had a very slightly harsh hoppiness to it. I used Nectaron hop oil in each bottle from this batch to 'dry hop' and maybe overdid it a little.

It's mellowed out wonderfully now though, very crisp, full bodied and lots of vaguely fruity notes.

First wild garlic from the garden of the year made into pesto with Walnuts to go with pasta and this remarkably good for the price Médoc from Aldi.
