Czech Pilsner had a month conditioning and it’s turned a corner the flavours have all mellowed now and it’s crystal clear, only thing is the head dissipates quite quickly.

At the pub for the afternoon drinking TT Landlord. Home now and as I’m brewing a stout tomorrow I quite fancy one, something other than Guinness, so I’m having a Badger that was bought for me at Christmas.
