We managed to find a little brew pub. They only have one beer on tap at the moment as they are having issues getting hops from the USA. It is a NEIPA. Quite a mango or maybe passion fruit flavour. Excellent mouth feel. A smooth drinkable beer. I will have a few of these…

Guest beer time. A French saison from @samale. Deliciously crisp and refreshing, Lovely balance of light cracker malt, almost lemony noble hops and a good heft of peppery phenols.
I’d happily toil all day for a French farmer if there were a few of these on the go at the end of the day. Cheers mate

Took a punt on this Vocation Toucan Tropic DDH IPA and very tasty it is too.
Citrus and pine from Simcoe and Galaxy with tropical fruit from an experimental hop mysteriously called HBC586, balanced with decent bitterness.

What did you think of it ? I fell victim to an advert while listening to 'my dad wrote a ****o' and bought some. Didn't like the first can, the second can was better. Might continue judging tonight

A sample of my latest bitter. I'm continually trying my beers too early and had my usual "issue" of zero head retention. I've left this longer than normally and it seems to be behaving itself. Tastes great too!

My Belgian pale brewed using Belgian wit yeast. This is lovely, I am scared to check the keg
