Very good quality hazy from my Track Brewser box

I cleaned my beer lines quite early this morning while it was still fairly cool (6:00) and thought that might be just a bit early to be tasting my beers. I did swap out the keg of bitter though as that was empty.

This latest keg of bitter is my trial of using Centennial for bittering after discovering I liked the character of the bitterness in my Pirate Pale.

It does seem to have that same mildly harsh drying bitterness I like in a cask ale. The beer probably needs another week of conditioning but so far I’m happy with this change.
 
I'm in Devonshire with the bride and youngest child...ATM it's a couple of my finest as I've brought a crate...as you do.
No doubt shortly we shall be stepping out to the pub...not holding out much hope on holiday site selection but they've had a few blinders over the years amongst the usual dross.
