No. Cml 5. It's not meant to be a old school clear beer but more golden hazy bitter west coast. Just find it out that its a different colour in thr matter of hours.

This was a user up beer and I finished off my crafty maltsters pale malt. I have found that malt gives me a mucky appearance

CML5 is my go to nowadays too, though made the mistake recently of expecting a Pale Ale to clear even though it had a decent amount of torrefied wheat in

Tasting very nice lots of yeast character and a bit of sweetness from the hops.
Off the keg aye. Upped the gas a bit to get a decent carb on it.

Was going to be a Rye IPA but the keg kicked so a CML Landlord Clone instead nice easy drinking bitter.

I racked my brains trying to remember this morning but I have no idea to be honest. It was 100g of them possibly hulle melon but I’m not 100%. Because it was a double brew day I didn’t write notes

Lovely mixed ferm Saison. Low carbonation, but the mixed fern character gives it a nice citrus snap

After a busy week, catching up with an old mate at our local now owned by the village. Started with the house Amber ale from local XT brewey, lovely session beer hopped with Cascade and Bramling Cross ( sorry no beer shot ! )

Then tried their Vienna style Eisbar lager, slightly sweet but dry and crisp
with bitter finish - had a couple !

Sun just disappearing behind the clouds now so last outside beer an English ipa.
Inside for some steak and chips and a few more drinks. Face is glowing either with alcohol or the sun. Either way it’s been a good day

Staying with a friend in the Scottish Borders and she’s brought me to this mind boggling Hemelvaart Bier Cafe. We’ve had an NEIPA and DIPA from the tap - and I then discovered their stock shelves!!! About to go with a vault city sour and a saison.
