In Edinburgh. Great night at Salt Horse bar exploring their bottled list. Stuck to German lagers. This was very good. Great bar if you are ever in the city.

Interesting! If you didn't know, Robin Koch is a footballer, with an unfortunate name 😅
A popular saying in Derry is saying someone that’s not the smartest is a “dopey ****” but it comes after the whale that wouldn’t leave the river. Based on the fact that there was nothing in Derry so he was a dopey **** for staying lol

Opps ..quick power nap at the beginning of the half time show 😂 back in the game ready for second half of the Super Bowl.
This Simcoe Westie is all pine...

Cool, dry, and with that distinctive Saison flavour, perfect way to start the weekend. Saison itself is hopped with Aurora and Saaz, grain bill is mostly Pilsner with a little Cara pills and I also added honey at the end of the boil, yeast was Belle Saison. Most make another batch soon as It’s an ideal summer beer but I do think it benefits from a couple of months minimum to condition.
absolutely only limiting mine to the odd taster as they will be 😍 for summer
