Hi,

I joined up some 10 years ago, then built a house, had a couple kids and the brewing equipment soon gathered dust.

But my partner bought me some all grain supplies and I've finally gotten round to cleaning up the Grainfather and now have an IPA bubbling away in our plant room. Enjoyed it. I'm back for sure.

I'm hopefully picking up three corny kegs at the weekend and have spent half the day reading up here about using Cornys as FVs, pressure transfer, force carbing etc. So I'm sure I'll have some follow-up questions shortly.

Corny kegs are great, but to easy to drink from :laugh8:, I went back to bottles generally as a way of rationing, "shall I open another bottle"? lol, liked plastic 5 litre pins also as an in between.
