First try on Cold IPA hopped with El Dorado, Comet and Columbus. Early days only 5 days in keg but I was curious clearing nicely, first thoughts maybe a little out of balance..we shall see

This hazy is coming along nicely, a bunch of papaya and grapefruit are shining now. I would use these hops together again.

It’s getting there. But I think this keg might be getting stashed away for a couple of months. It looks like I’ve got a reputation to uphold!

My Belgian Pale. Not sure how authentic it is but it's delicious. Certainly better than any bitter I've brewed. The Belgian esters giving a fruity edge to a session-ish (5%) beer with just enough malty-ness to balance with some background noble hops. This might become a house standard.

It's called Barnstormer but sadly it doesn't live up to the name as it's very tasteless - disappointing, but at least it's wet

Evening jobs completed time to sit down with a beer and look at the list of jobs I have for my week off.

Onto the beer.we all know the English like to bang on about their world cup win so I guess this lagers name is in reference to that. Stout is the wife's

Good evening good people, trying my first ever Neipa it is very earthy not much of the citra coming through it is drinkable but not for my liking, hops are mosaic simcoe and citra

My first Thornbridge.
Whoah! the fruity nose and flavours.
Says it's pure Mosaic hopped.
Never tasted so good.
And it's BBE date is 25.08.2022!
What was it like when fresh?
Odd observation : the can says, "Hazy Mosaic IPA".
I say, "I haven't poured such a clear craft ale in ages!".
Maybe 14 months maturing in-can has helped it drop clear?
