Always interested in which Port house supplied the b.o.b for supermarket LBVs'.
Does the bottle lable give any indication?
I know you’re into your Port. Hopefully the label has all the info you’re interested in - and hopefully you can read it!

Mixed bag for me tonight after brew day, again the stout first off, followed by a Steam Ale, love these not quite up to 14 days in the bottle but what a difference a yeast makes. Last but not least, Cooper's Sparkling clone, this certainly proves that yeast makes a difference. Next time I make this I will harvest the yeast from the bottles of Coopers.

What yeast are you using, I brewed one for the first time last Sunday and used Wyeast 2278 and it took about 72hrs to start, not sure if that’s normal or not. The fermenter is on heating to keep it down at 11 degrees as well!
I’m using wy2278 as well. Second time with this yeast for me, last time gravity started dropping on the iSpindle right away, but there was very little sign of activity at the FV. I’ll be running it for 4 weeks at 10C, its currently 1C in my garage, don’t thing I’ll need the glycol chiller this time round.
