I’m also thinking of taking a trip to try a few of their other beers. They have a pretty good food selection too looking at their menu.Hopefully will get over to Titsey's tap room over Christmas as not too far from the in-laws.
What yeast are you using, I brewed one for the first time last Sunday and used Wyeast 2278 and it took about 72hrs to start, not sure if that’s normal or not. The fermenter is on heating to keep it down at 11 degrees as well!I’m brewing a Czech pils tomorrow
I’m using wy2278 as well. Second time with this yeast for me, last time gravity started dropping on the iSpindle right away, but there was very little sign of activity at the FV. I’ll be running it for 4 weeks at 10C, its currently 1C in my garage, don’t thing I’ll need the glycol chiller this time round. What yeast are you using, I brewed one for the first time last Sunday and used Wyeast 2278 and it took about 72hrs to start, not sure if that’s normal or not. I'm about to go to the pub where I'll be having a draft pint of that. New slant on the thread - 'what will you be drinking later tonight'
