Sounds good. From what I have read it seems that late hot side additions are supposed to give tropical fruit and dry hopping gives some dank. What did you find?

We are now in Love Cheese. I'm sure I've posted from here before, but this is why we came into York really. Mother's day present from the youngest which we've only just got round to using.
Nice rosé wine with some stunning meats and cheeses, with crackers and chutney. What a treat.

Hmmm, that batch I have got combined with Citra & Cascade was definitely more fruity dank. Although it's to tell as I had chinook late hotside too. I have had LHG beer that was more fruity. Nice hop and seems to go well with C hops.
I think apart from Brew York this is my fave place to go in York, so one more for the road.
