Is anyone using a pill or isplindel in a stainless fermenter? I ferment in 50l commercial kegs and was wondering if it was worth getting one? I know I don't 'need' it, it's more a want as I like my tech. I'm worried about what the signal strength will be like in the keg, was thinking of a small sight glass like the below on the top of the keg that I can cover to keep light out but should let the signal through?
