I do that too with single malt. Half and half it's yum. Don't need much of it though!

BBNo brewery North Greenwich on the river. Had a long conversation with the head brewer a great American guy. Didn’t give me the recipe but I saw the grains and formulated it to try and match it. Close.

While I was in Tesco buying a couple of bottles of Spitfire I noticed a couple of beers I’ve seen on the forum that interested me, so I bought them.

I’m going to try the fruited sour first - it’s more tart than full on sour and it is very fruity. I like it, though maybe not enough to buy it again.

Bottled this Chinook & Strata AIPA a couple of weeks ago so first quality
control test and happy with the result.
With no spare kegs I ended up putting most of this batch in a pressure barrel,
bottled half a dozen to send out in swaps.
Nice clarity, little lighter copper colour than picture suggests.
First time using Strata, seems to bring tropical fruitiness with a waft of strawberry, firm citrusy bitter finish from the Chinook.
