Finally got to our holiday home on Paxos after a one day ferry strike delayed our arrival. On the positive side the extra day in Corfu enabled me to discover this little treasure.

Off on a very special trip to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday. Flying to Aruba tomorrow but having a Brand IPA in the hotel at Schiphol Airport this evening. I’ve tasted worse.

I managed to clear the board when I was there a few weeks ago (cider and lager don't count IMO) but as is usual these days only just managed to post on UT as I was going along. HBF is more tardy on my phone & I often get a stuck keyboard when trying to post.

by the time I get home I'm usually too tired to post via my pc.

I don’t remember seeing Bass on draught for 40 years! I quite enjoyed the Pedigree.

ha! Result. The last 1/4 of the barrel of my Bathams clone has been lurking in my beer fridge for last two months, thought I'd try before tipping. Still clear, no oxidation. Tastes good..that's me sorted for the weekend....

A Wetserham Helles X, a Helles Exportbier funnily enough, whilst bagging up the spent grains into the food waste. Really need to get around to asking the local farmer if he wants my spent grain for his chooks.
