Someone here suggested I try this recently. Very tasty, a bit more body than Smithwicks and more roast character.

Giving the IPA a rattle next. It’s very good too.

Little comparison of the Craft beer recipe brew and the real deal..both nice. My version has more sulpher on the aroma Initially. Similar hop profile but the pro version is crisper and more defined bitterness

Looks good, What yeast did you use? I've been getting good results with Nova lager (no sulphur).

I used CML Hell, it's ok but thinking of using a liquid yeast on next round of lagers see if it improves my beers.
I have used Nova lager in this WC Black Lager and it's clean as whistle
So after squirting tomato seeds all over my cookbook, I've given up and poured myself some Ginger Wine, which was on sale at the local shop for £3. Great excuse

We had a pub lunch today and I was disappointed that, despite being a slightly pricey establishment, the only cask beer on offer was Doombar. I decided the better option was Neck Oil.
