Cleaned the Kamado ready for tonight’s spatchcock chicken and BBQ Style Caponata and thought I deserve a drink. Kiwi Pils in the weather is just the thing.

Little comparison of the Craft beer recipe brew and the real deal..both nice. My version has more sulpher on the aroma Initially. Similar hop profile but the pro version is crisper and more defined bitterness

Looks good, What yeast did you use? I've been getting good results with Nova lager (no sulphur).
