Further adventures in Greek beers. The Septem was good. NZ-hopped 6% wheat beer. Not dissimilar to a good Belgian IPAs.

The lagers are passable but not as good as last night's Septem Heretic.

By biggest fear is going on holiday and only having euro lager to drink.
It would be g&t and wine for the 2 weeks I’m afraid.

Oh god 🫣
I was having the shakes paying €8 for a pint of laugnitas in Dublin.
Would have been the driest trip to Dubai ever lol
I think it might be the only week since before puberty I was down to just double the governments recommended alcohol intake. Shocking!

I am a bit disappointed by this. Idaho 7 and simcoe in the dry hop so this should be nice but it's a bit bland and more.malt forward than it should be for style. Looks like a oxygenated beer but I guess that leads to the name.

After pouring I noticed it is a month passed its be which might explain the lack of hops.

Obviously a good wife! We get through quite a bit of both the whiskey and brandy - I even use a good glug or three in peppercorn sauce when we have steak (also quite often!).

You should bring your bottle and pay me a visit 😉
