I've brewed it a few times now and this is by a long shot the clearest and the best tasting.

It's Christmas morning here but tonight I'll be sampling an 8.8% Baltic Porter that has been lagering for a month +. Then have a few dry hopped Strong Bitters. cheers

Earlier Coffee and croissants, later Prosecco with smoked salmon on brown bread, now starting with a sessionable Christmas ale from my local brewery.
Pale and crystal malts with First Gold and Phoenix, very drinkable with orangey bitterness.

Got half the cooked turkey now sat in the brew fridge with a Cali Common that has been cold crashing - ready to keg in next day or so.
