My latest Pilsener fermented with Lalbrew Diamond, a Kiwi version this time using Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. Kegged 6 weeks ago, I'll try to leave it a bit longer to lager this time.
Getting into the festive spirit, we finished off this year's elderflower wine earlier and been dusting off some old vinyl.
