Last one tonight is this 7% stout from Williams Bros Brewing in Scotland. The aroma isn’t so nice but the flavour is good.

Having this sour from Left Handed Giant. A little more sour than I’m used to but refreshing all the same. Very pretty can.

First pop at a neipa, used the cml blend with some Voss I had. Love that stuff, grain to glass in just over 6 days.

Trying to do closed dry hopping by bouncing it between two cornies. I think I managed it.

Right, this is gonna be a challenge! Found some Chimay here in Fuerteventura and I've always wanted to capture the yeast. So I've sanitised a shanpoo bottle with hand sanitiser solution and tipped the last bit in, topped up with pre boiled, cold water. We'll I've got nothing to lose!

Feel fine now, felt a bit out of puff pushing the wheelbarrow round earlier but otherwise good. Taste back thank goodness!

Yeah. Looks the part. Texture is spot on, hop profile is good. But there is something coming from the yeast that isn't hitting the mark. Mkii I'll try the cml clipper with it and see if it holds up

It's a style I really struggle with. I struggle in general with hop aroma
