I mentioned saison earlier today and it’s been playing on my mind, what can I say

Czech Pilsner. Cold, clear, lovely carbonation, soft, slightly sweet malt drying to clean bitterness, floral spiciness from noble hops. I think this beer is on-song right now.

Summer Breeze glowing in the sunshine. I’m not sure if I’ve finished playing with the recipe on this one, the last few tweaks haven’t really made much of an improvement. Of course next time I brew it I will have changed my mind. Fickle.

Sorachi Ace IPA is on my bucket list of beers to brew. My wife describes Sorachi Ace as tasting "like cheap suntan lotion, but good." When I heard her say that, I immediately thought I really don't want to hear any more and would like to move past this.

i can say for sure it does not taste like suntan lotion this is the sorachi ace ipa kit from cml

A bottle of a Belgian Pale from @dave_77, hopped with Adeena. I’ve never had Adeena hops before but they are quite nice in this subtle Belgian pale. They are noble-like - a little floral, a little spicy, a hint of lemon, a touch of lingering pine on the end. Not as soft and fruity as Saaz but probably perfect in a German Pilsner.

A nice pale ale from Wildcard Brewery but the can tells you nothing apart from the polar ice walls surround the flat earth to prevent the oceans draining over the rim. WTF?!
