No head, no condition -
But a lovely tasting English cask bitter.
I think that I deserve this. After the various 'Dad the oily rag' jobs this morning :
1. Changed daughter's non-starting Mazda2 set of sparkplugs. (then top up coolant and washer fluids as an extra).
Now starts first click.
2. Changed Son's BMW46E 3l rear bootlid gas struts (plastic ball connectors fractured off due to being 20 years old).
Then emptied his 6 CD changer he forgot he left full.
Selling the car as he's going Green with a Hybrid Suzuki.
It looks like a garage forecourt out front what with our two cars as well!
Ah beer! with a Sunday snack lunch.

Dammit, this isn’t easy! Wife prefers the Erdinger. I did too at the start but I’m starting to wobble. The Erdinger has a clean aroma and is clean tasting but also a bit thin. The Franziskaner is more dirty but there is more going on. Hmmm…
Which one would you prefer to drink two or more of? I won't influence you with my view on that which is clear in my mind! Academic for me at present though as I must stick to low ABV!😔

How close to the original do you think you've got? May I steal your recipe?
It’s a good beer that I drink when in Brixham but never tried side by side comparison. Recipe
4400g MO
200g Wheat malt
200g Special B
200g Crystal 140L
40g First Gold @60m
27g Bramling Cross @15m
Gervin yeast @19C
edit 5.5%ABV
