Very nice carbonation and a nice finger of head when poured. Lovely and clear and a nice Belgian aroma with some lemon and spice and a hint of sweetness
Taste is the same citrus and a bit of funk and very dry on the palate . The Brett is fairly restrained and a bit more carbonation might have added to the beer but it’s very good as it is.
As it warms up the Brett comes through a bit more and it’s more clove and banana.
Very good beer and cleansing the palette for a few tropical stouts that are warming up as this gets drunkView attachment 78617
