Oh yeah! I’ve got one fermenter full of a Cali Common that’s just about ready to cold crash, and 22L of American Amber brewed today.
Your Pale Malt is still going strong, hit all my numbers today.

Good to hear it. I’ve a full sack of it left and need to get a stout on for kegging for Christmas. Hopefully tomorrow.

This is the kind of beer that makes it all worth it. As good as any commercial and I’d say it’s better than some. Perfect bitterness and lovely hop aroma from the citra in the keg. Bloody lovely. It’s as good as my favourite commercial crossroads by kinnegar

Chinook citra and cascade. Dry hopped in the keg with 20 of each.

Been out collecting my youngest so time now for a beer and may as well go for a big one to start. This is all it says on the bottle. The mint is subtle but it works the finish is boozy at 12.2%. It’s only a small bottle but packs a punch.

Here's something brought back from Wales. Beer may be a rather transient pleasure to count as a souvenir but just look at that bottle. Retro shape with a beautiful label and destined to hold one of my creations one day. Anyway it beats those raffia-clad Chianti bottles from Italy with a pink candle in that 50 years ago used to grace the tables of half the bistros in the Western World!
